The Inn Place, owned by Kevin McGuckin and wife Hannah, provides short and/or long-term rentals. This rental complex outside of Brenham, Texas, features forty-eight 20-foot Monolithic Domes – perfect for working singles, newlyweds, retirees, as well as single parents with just one child.

Each unit encompasses a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, and a furnished sleeping area.

The Inn Place offers an affordable place to live with low maintenance, safety, and security in a friendly atmosphere. A one – or two-person unit rents for $150/week, including utilities, and internet. It is beautifully landscaped with trees, shrubs, roses and flowering perennials and annuals. Incoming residents pay a $300 security deposit, plus the first and last week’s rent.

Brenham, Texas is located 80 miles southeast of Austin and 60 miles northwest of Houston. The City of Brenham is known for being home to Bluebell Creameries, and has a total of 150 acres of parks within the city. Washington County is the birthplace of Texas, with a state park and museum where the Declaration of Independence was signed, and is nationally recognized for the abundance of bluebonnets and a variety of other wildflowers in the spring. The area also includes a nursery specializing in Antique roses, a salon and day spa, wineries, library, museums, ranches, and many other attractions.
